Pranakriya Yoga Workout is predominately an athletic and energy activating yoga practice. The class is designed to build energy and carry it from one posture to the next, and to increase the body’s capacity to hold energy and the minds capacity to witness. Yoganand Michael Carroll has been recognized as a Master-Level teacher in Kripalu yoga. After studying with Kripalu yoga masters in India & America, Yoganand taught at Kripalu Center for more than 15 years before founding Pranakriya yoga.
