Sarah is a yogi, a counselor, a transformative life coach, and the list goes on! Her biggest passion in life is helping others and giving back. From a young age, Sarah always knew that she wanted to be a Counselor someday. Receiving her B.A. in Communications and Psychology, she continued on to get her M.S. in Counseling and help others with their day to day struggles.
Throughout this time, her passion for health and fitness grew stronger in her personal life, and she realized she wanted to not just help others mentally and emotionally, but physically as well. She began exploring and teaching Spinning as well as running in many local races, while truly exploring the world of health, nutrition, and fitness. During this time, she received certifications and training in transformation life coaching, group fitness instruction, health and nutrition coaching, as well as her 200-hour YTT. She is a big believer in continued personal and professional development and she is always looking to continue learning and growing year after year.
In her free time, she enjoys participating in charitable races, trying new workouts, playing with her golden retriever Timber, drinking coffee, vacationing with her family to new and fun places, and always good food and vino!
