Nidhi Gangar

Yoga Instructor

Nidhi Gangar’s journey into yoga began as a means of healing both physically and emotionally as she navigated personal health challenges and depression. What started as a focus on movement gradually deepened into a lifelong exploration of mindfulness, self-awareness, and intentional living.

She completed her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training from S-VYASA, India in 2024, followed by a 100-hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training from the Utsav Institute in Mumbai in 2025. Her teaching style integrates steady, mindful movement with a strong emphasis on breath, creating a practice that is both grounding and balanced.

Nidhi is deeply committed to cultivating an inclusive and supportive environment where students of all levels feel at ease. She encourages each individual to explore their practice at their own pace, fostering a sense of connection with the body, the breath, and the present moment.

Beyond the studio, Nidhi leads Aikyam Yoga, offering both one-on-one and group sessions online. She is also a self-taught dot mandala artist, a practice that has played a meaningful role in her journey through depression while deepening her connection to breathwork. Her art serves as both a creative and therapeutic outlet. She actively participates in exhibitions, conducts workshops, and shares her work on Instagram at @manddala_n_dots.

Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, Nidhi invites you to move, breathe, and grow alongside her.
