Kayla started practicing yoga at Whole Body in 2014 at the urging of her friends who raved about the hot yoga class. After her first class, Kayla was hooked. Yoga quickly became a solace in the middle of her busy schedule. As she continued to practice yoga and reap benefits she hadn’t expected, Kayla decided she wanted to share yoga with others.
In 2016, Kayla completed her 200 hour vinyasa teacher training at Enso. She aims to make yoga available to everyone regardless of background or skill level, to help students discover more about themselves through their practice, and to teach from a trauma-informed perspective that creates a safe, positive environment.”
