Jennifer hopes to express her appreciation for yoga through the opportunity to teach and lead students, while allowing each person to experience their own yoga journey. She sees yoga as part of exploration and reflection through life’s challenges and joys. In Jen’s classes, students can expect a combination of breath focus, physical movement, and meditation, with all of these tailored to the particular class style.
She greatly appreciates the yoga learnings over the last 25 years, with instructors from WBYS, Pranakriya, Ashtanga, and Hatha traditions. Whether practicing yoga regularly or from time to time, Jen’s yoga journey so far has encouraged her to deepen her own practice, to dedicate time towards RYT500, and to experience and learn the value of yoga expression and mindset through teaching.
