Deanna is certified 200hr YT through Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts as of February 2023. Deanna has been practicing yoga for 15 years. Has been a long time member of Whole Body Yoga studio for many years. Deanna came to yoga originally for an injury from a car accident. After 6 months of physical therapy for her injuries, she knew she needed to do more physically to help in her recovery. Not only did yoga help Deanna strengthen her body physically and give her back her mobility, but she found so much more.
Yoga brings peace to her life. Her sleeping, anxiety, and other daily emotions have benefited by slowing down and taking care of her body, mind and spirit. Deanna wants the same for you. She is caring and gentle in nature which comes through in her classes. She enjoys teaching and studying all forms of yoga meditative, gentle, workout, etc. Deanna believes yoga is for every body and everyone. She truly wants you to find some or all the benefits she has gained from continuing to practice yoga. In addition, Deanna is Barre certified. Deanna’s passion for yoga continues as she is working towards her 500hr YTT.
Whole Body is a second home to Deanna. She knows you will feel the same way once you walk through our doors.
