Becky believes that yoga is for everybody and every body. She originally signed up for teacher training to deepen her personal practice and to accurately answer friends’ questions about poses. Becky is trained in the Hatha Yoga tradition and has found a love for Vinyasa, so you’ll find the combination of building strength, flexibility, and balance in her classes. Becky encourages questions before, after, and during class, and strives to make yoga fun, safe, and accessible.
