I LOVE this place. Class sizes are fairly small and the teachers are just fantastic. Suzanne is the best and I would take a million classes with her if I could.

Who I am: 
My name is Rebecca Green and I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. I have three children. My twins Bella & Mikey (13) & Giada (10)

What I teach:  
Hatha yoga, core classes, Private instruction 

My current classes and workshops include: 
  • Hatha vinyasa flow 
  • Restorative yoga
  • Core classes

Why I teach:  
I love to share my knowledge, passion, and expertise with others to help them find their inner strength 

My classes are:
My style of teaching is based upon each individual. Not every body is the same nor is there lifestyle. 

Safety is the most important aspect in my work and giving the most engaging and relaxing experience that one can leave feeling inspired.  

My style is for each individual whether that be in a group setting or private. Based upon their fitness level I adjust accordingly.

What brought me to yoga:  
I always was fascinated by the ability to gain strength flexibility and cardiovascular all in one practice. 

Favorite pose (and why):  
Every pose is my favorite but most importantly the ones that cause me to become more aware of my body and where I am in the pose.

Off the mat, I:
  • I love spending time with my children swimming and quiet time with my loved ones.
  • People are my passion and I love finding ways of helping them experience the best practice there is for them.
  • One of my favorite things in my yoga teaching is to help people discover the best practice for them and their own bodies. So they can become more enriched in their life outside of their yoga practice.
Inspiration:
One of my 2 favorite books are;

365 prescriptions for the Soul and The Four Agreements.  

Be impeccable with your word, don’t make assumptions, Don’t take things personally, and always do your best.

Certifications, Trainings, Bio 
CPR certified, AAA I SMA certified, 200 hour yoga certification from Moyo. 

I have been a personal trainer for over 25 years. 

In the past I have been a spinning instructor I have taught Pilates, older adult, children yoga, nutrition certified and a former Boot Camp instructor.
