Join Usha on a guided journey to explore the many layers that comprise the mind-body connection. The all-levels practice begins with mindful breath work and movement that will raise the energy levels. Then focus shifts to a lying down meditation practice called Yoga Nidra whereby one unravels the realms of consciousness and strongly connects with the present moment. Expect to find balance, feel whole, and be ready to take on the world.
Prerequisite: Beginner Yoga Basics or Beginner Yoga 101 Series
