The yoga class I attended was one of the best I’ve been to! I look forward to going back. My body feels awesome, I’m walking great, and I had a great nights sleep.....felt so rested the following morning. Thanks WHOLE BODY!

The Art of Slowing Down: Each week is a balanced practice of soothing, gentle movement and deeply restorative iRest Yoga Nidra; and will include practical tools to take wellness off your mat and into the real world. Come discover deep levels of peace, wellness and personal exploration. 

This class is ideal for: Any yogi looking to slow down a little, anyone managing the effects of stress, post-traumatic growth, chronic pain, or addiction.
