During this workshop, Faye will guide expecting moms and their guest of choice (husband, partner, sister, friend, mom) through some
creative variations of prenatal yoga postures, allowing movement and breath as a team. In a safe, relaxed atmosphere, learn dynamic
partner stretches, gentle massage techniques, and calming rituals to enjoy the journey together. The class will foster trust, mutual understanding and enable partners to be supportive and receptive to mom’s needs. Engaging with your partner in a supportive, physical and fun-filled practice, we’ll explore ways to cultivate connection, deeper mutual trust, and bonding with each other and your baby.
For all stages of pregnancy. No yoga experience required.
Bring 2 yoga mats (or you can rent them at the studio for $1), 2 bed pillows, & water
