Many of us suffer from anxiety or panic. In this three- session workshop, we will practice tools on the mat that, when practiced regularly over time, can reduce your symptoms. Handouts will be provided for home practice. Please check with your mental health provider prior to enrollment.

Nancy Ignatin is a licensed psychotherapist and Board certified coach as well as a registered Yoga teacher. She will show you some techniques that can help undo the painful cycle of anxiety.
