I cannot say enough great things about Whole Body Yoga Studio. From Patty being a wonderful and kind instructor and owner to their beautiful space to the variety of classes that they offer, they truly are a great local business. Definitely check them out, because they offer classes for every level and every student can appreciate all they have to offer at an affordable rate.

Each week is a blend of soothing, gentle movement meant to nurture body, mind and heart and an extended iRest Yoga Nidra practice designed to help you find deep levels of rest and self exploration. Explore awareness, joy, your full capacity to feel your body, breath and beyond. This 3 week series is ideal for anyone, especially those looking to explore the deeper potential of meditation or who have taken the Art of Slowing Down Level 1 (not required).
