A special class just for teens and tweens! In this class teens will practice breathing exercises and yoga poses, helping them learn to come back to themselves. Kids these days are overwhelmed with stimuli, this is a great chance for them to step into a soothing environment and learn to use yoga as a tool for self-care. Yoga can help teens deal with stress, anxiety & depression, as well as aid with sleep and concentration issues.
