Gentle yoga with Nancy was amazing! As someone who has recurring back injuries and very stiff muscles I appreciated how relaxed and stretched I felt after the session. Most importantly, nothing hurt! I will definitely return.
This 90 minute class will begin with an invigorating flow of Vinyasa yoga to warm the body and get us moving. Half way through we will settle into a relaxing Yin yoga practice; where floor-based postures combined with longer holds allow the body to slowly unwind, hydrating the connective tissues and bringing flexibility to the body, ending with a peaceful savasana.
