What is Massage Therapy?
Massage therapy is the act of stimulating muscles, ligaments, and tissues through varying degrees of manual pressure. Massage therapy can be a relaxing and restorative activity, or can be used for rehabilitation purposes. There are many different types of massage therapy with some of the most common being:
