April 14: Dream Catcher Workshop

The purpose of our dreams is to help our spirit capture the essence of our deepest, most sacred desires. Ancient Native American traditions of placing beautiful, hand woven dream catchers near sleeping babes are held to this day across all cultures, and for slumbering ones young and old. These totems protect our deepest intentions for peace and purpose, while a sound and restorative sleep fuels our bodies and minds for the next day of manifestation of our highest vibration.

In this workshop, we will dive deeply into our dreams! Join Suzanne Liggett to uncover your soul’s highest purpose. There will be guided dreaming exercises, creative writing, and artistic creation. We will have an inspired yoga practice filled with deep breaths and explore the yogic concept of santosha, fulfilled contentment. You will be led through a powerful complete yoga nidra sleep meditation for the ultimate realization of your heart’s deepest desires and a thorough release and healing opportunity.
Leave with your very own handmade dream catcher! We have extra goodies up our sleeves for you too, so please pre-register by April 2nd to give us time to gather supplies.

Cost includes all materials needed, yoga class, and meditation. Workshop is 2 hours, come a few minutes early with water bottle and wearing yoga clothes.

Sun April 14th @ 2-4pm……$45.00
