Jen first started practicing yoga in 2011 in an effort to all around better herself mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Having a passion for good health, self well-being, and understanding that we should care for and love our amazing bodies, she wanted to share the art of yoga with others in the community. Focusing on themes that help her students feel good about themselves, their practice, and inspiring them to take these experiences off the mat into their day to day lives is very important to her.
Jen practices pranayama, keeping the body safe through the postures, maintaining anatomical alignment, and promotes relaxation in her classes. As a Yoga Teacher Jen hopes that her students will find the benefits of their practice, the same way that she has discovered the benefits of her own practice. Jen is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and a Certified 200 Hour Pranakriya Teacher. She received her training from the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts and is actively working towards her 500 Hour Certification.
