About three months ago my husband and I decided to try yoga. We thought it would be great to become a little more flexible and help with our arthritis. We tried a few private sessions with Susie. She was great.
We currently taking Chair yoga. Bev teaches this class. She is awesome. It's chair assisted yoga and as well as some standing regular poses as well. It's an wonderful class. Great stretches, breathing and stress relaxer too.
Everyone is so friendly at Whole Body Yoga too. We love it.
