April 27th: Autoimmune & Gut Health Yoga Therapy is the process of empowering individuals to create and maintain health of their body, mind, and spirit through the use of traditional techniques from the philosophy and practice of yoga. Generally practiced in small groups or privately, students address specific health concerns with yoga postures, breathing, and meditation.
This workshop series focuses on a specific topic for each session. Classes will be discussion-based, but also include movement practices.
Rachel Cama Nemer, C-IAYT, is certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
She enjoys teaching yoga to a variety of populations including children, seniors, prenatal/postpartum women and those with mental health challenges.$40 per session or $130 for all 4 sessions.
