My happy place! Amazing experience every time I go. Lydia is the best masseuse I’ve ever had! She really knows the muscles of the body and different techniques to help relieve your pain and stress. She is the sweetest, most considerate person! I always like to book my massage and look forward to it all week long :) 🙏🏼

one-on-One instruction with one of our Amazing teachers. If you are seeking understand to the foundations of Yoga or you are dealing with chronic pain, back issues or stress, we will tailor A yoga practice just for you.

Option 2 Our 4 Week Beginner 101 Series is designed to you the foundations of yoga.

If Beginner 101 does not work for you or the series has already started, no worries, we have several classes just for you.
