I've been going to Whole Body Yoga for the last three years and highly recommend the studio. The instructors are experienced, knowledgeable, nonjudgemental and caring and tailor class to what the students request that day, whether it's shoulders, necks, backs or whatever. The studio offers a variety of classes and workshops geared to all levels of students and they are especially welcoming to students new to yoga. Classes are offered in the morning or evenings so can fit most people's schedules. I was new to yoga when I joined and with the help of the instructors and students at Whole Body Yoga, have learned to love yoga.
