So here are my 3 reasons why I love Whole Body Yoga... 1-Increased flexibility in just one month! 2-Nancy's classes are great for beginners. 3-Therapeutic yoga is great for 'what ails you'! AND, of course....B-I-N-G-O!!!!!!.

I always wanted to try yoga, but was totally intimidated because I'm naturally uncoordinated, and yoga classes always seem to be full of experts. WBYS not only offered me the opportunity to learn through Beginner 101, but also broke through the stereotype that all yogis are great at everything. They not only work with the varying levels of expertise of their students in each class, but teachers fully admit when they're working on something in their own practice that they wish they could do. It's a great place to practice.
