My happy place! Amazing experience every time I go. Lydia is the best masseuse I’ve ever had! She really knows the muscles of the body and different techniques to help relieve your pain and stress. She is the sweetest, most considerate person! I always like to book my massage and look forward to it all week long :) 🙏🏼

Yoga Etiquette

Whole Body Yoga Studio / About Yoga / Yoga Etiquette
  1. Please arrive 5 to 15 minutes early to sign in, and if you new complete registration, change and set up for class.
  2. Wear comfortable exercise clothing
  3. Please do not do not wear perfume; this could offend other students.
  4. Don’t wear shoes in the studio; this helps to keep the studio clean and neat.
  5. Please leave all cell phones and pagers out of the studio.
  6. Let your instructor know of any injuries or challenges you are having.
  7. Pace yourself! If at any time you are struggling or are having difficulty breathing, come out of the pose and connect to your breath; Yoga is all about your breath, not getting the pose correct!
  8. If you need to leave early, please do so before savasana (resting pose).
  9. If there is inclement weather, please check the online schedule for class cancellations; as a general rule, WBYS follows the school closing schedule.
